I love challenges. Whether it's ultra-marathons, triathlons, crossing the Alps on a mountain bike, learning a new language, watercolor painting in nature or studying aspects of work and organizational psychology. I have always set myself tasks that need to be mastered and that help me develop further. Versatility, flexibility of mind and a constant thirst for knowledge are what drives me.
As a graduate industrial engineer (TU Darmstadt), my heart beats for technically oriented medium-sized companies as a CFO with pronounced COO expertise.
My goal as an interim manager with exit experience is to actively support you in the post-M&A integration of your portfolio, ideally up until the exit and if possible with my own capital committment.
